線材彎折試驗機(ji)又名線材搖(yao)擺試驗機，專門應(ying)于(yu)于(yu)測試插頭引出線(xian)及電線(xian)之耐折強度。測試方法是將試樣固定在夾具(ju)上，并(bing)加(jia)一定荷(he)重，試驗時夾具(ju)左(zuo)右擺動(dong)(dong)，經(jing)一定次數后檢視其斷線(xian)率(lv)，或至(zhi)全部斷線(xian)無法通電時查看其總計(ji)擺動(dong)(dong)次數。本機能(neng)自動(dong)(dong)計(ji)數，試樣彎(wan)折至(zhi)斷線(xian)無法通電時，并(bing)能(neng)自動(dong)(dong)停止操作。
This tester is specialized in testing the flexing endurance between power cord and blades，and is capable of testing the flexibility resistance of ;the cord itself.Samples are to be secured in the jaws of the flexing apparatus，and cord is to hang vertically with the weight tied on the lower end of it。The rotating jaws are to be adjusted to rotate to the angle of 90 degree to each side of the centered position。After a certain cycles is reached or until specimen is broken，detect the breakage ratio or calcuate the total cycles.This machine is able to auto-count and auto-stop during specimen broken。
